Description: Viettel will perform a system upgrade to improve service quality.

Affected services: SMS to Viettel subscribers for Banking, Financial Services, and E-Wallet categories only. All other service categories are not affected.

Expected impact: Service may be unstable during the upgrade window, with possible interruptions of 30–60 minutes.

Affected operator: Viettel only. SMS to all other Vietnam operators will continue to deliver as normal.

Estimate time was affected: The service may be unstable during the upgrade period and could experience interruptions of 30 – 60 minutes.

Telco is affected: Only Viettel was affected. All of SMS on other telcos still were delivered to customers as normal.
