They will perform upgrade their system to improve quality service.

Services was affected: Only Viettel mobile subscribers receiving messages related to Banking, Financial Services, and E-Wallet services (Other service categories will not be affected.)

Estimate time was affected: The service may be unstable during the upgrade period and could experience interruptions of 30 – 60 minutes.

Telco is affected: Only Viettel was affected. All of SMS on other telcos still were delivered to customers as normal.
